Sammy has tied Mikki down to the bed and this scene, and Mikki is desperate to pee.
Mikki is completely trapped, unable to free herself, and much to Sammy's delight, badly needs to pee. Sammy squeals with happiness as Mikki loses control and wets her pants right there on the bed.
At this point Mikki feels she has suffered enough humiliation, but this is only the start of what Sammy has planned. Using a pair cutting sheers, Sammy starts cutting off Mikki's clothing. Eventually, Mikki is left laying naked on the bed, stewing in a puddle of her own making.
