1. Agreement

5. Video Watermarking

To deter piracy, videos you stream or download may contain invisible metadata and pixel-level watermarking tied to your account.

This watermarking does not affect playback quality and is used only to identify account-related distribution if content is shared illegally.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

  • Use the Service exclusively for personal, private viewing.
  • Access content only through the site’s intended streaming features.

You agree that you will not:

  • Share, copy, record, rebroadcast, publicly show, or redistribute content.
  • Share or resell your login credentials or account access.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, remove, alter, or interfere with any security mechanisms, DRM, anti-piracy watermarking, or access controls.
  • Use scripts, bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.
  • Use the Service for commercial, public, group, or institutional viewing.

Violating these terms may result in account loss, legal action, and additional remedies.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Binding Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve any dispute with us through binding arbitration, not in court.

  • No lawsuits
  • No jury trials
  • No class actions
  • Arbitration will occur in Oregon, or another location chosen by the Service operator.

10. Account Suspension, Termination, and Bans

We may suspend, terminate, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

If your account is suspended, terminated, or banned for violating these Terms:

  • You will lose access to your account and previously purchased or unlocked content.
  • You will forfeit any unused credits, with no refund or compensation.

These actions may be taken at our discretion, with or without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
